Steel vertical fire-proof and smoke-proof roller shutter (common type) is a roller shutter made of steel material, such as curtain plate, guide rail, seat plate, lintel, box, etc., which can meet the requirements of fire resistance limit and thermal radiation intensity with fire-proof winder and fire-proof control box. Code for Fire Protection Design of High-rise Civil Buildings (GB 50045-95) stipulates that independent closed automatic sprinkler systems should be set up on both sides of the shutter when it is separated as a fire zone. The sprinkler duration of this system should not be less than 3.00h, and the sprinkler intensity should be ≥ 0.20 m3/h.m2.. Steel fire and smoke shutter (common type) has three operating modes: electric, manual and automatic. The control box is equipped with smoke and temperature sensing control systems, which can not only act independently, but also be automatically controlled by the fire control center, and has automatic control functions such as opening and closing the shutter and two-step lowering.

Types and performance indicators

(1) The opening and closing transmission device of the fire shutter can be installed on the left or right side indoors or on the left or right side outdoors according to the installation conditions and use requirements.

(2) When adopting the fire shutter, the position of transmission mechanism should be considered to avoid collision with building components.

(3) For the installation of fire shutter and wall, expansion bolt connection or embedded parts welding can be adopted. For the original building, expansion bolt connection can be adopted on concrete wall or concrete column, and the installation strength should be ensured to meet the design requirements.

(4) The power supply and signal line shall be provided by electrical installation within 1000mm from the electric cabinet.
